Strawberry Goji Smoothie


What you'll need:

1 Cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 Cup kefir, yogurt or milk of your choice
1 raw egg (make sure you know the source and they are good healthy free range chickens)
1 small handful of goji berries
1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder
drizzle of maple syrup or a drop or two of stevia to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a VitaMix until smooth.
Add water to adjust consistency to your liking.

Kefir is loaded with tons of amazing healthy bacteria.  So healthy for HubbyHubby.
