Mixed Berry Smoothie

Hubbyhubby and I decided to have each day of the week designated to a different breakfast.

For example:
Monday - scrambled eggs
Tuesday - fruit smoothie
Wednesday- oatmeal
Thursday - fruit smoothie
Friday - over easy eggs & toast
Saturday - pancakes
Sunday - spinach omelets

Why?  You ask.  This way our three children know what to expect and it eliminates morning craziness of "what's for breakfast?"  or "eggs.... yuck, I don't want eggs".




Mixed Berry Smoothie

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk of your choice
1 T. vitamin C powder
1 frozen Acai berry packet
1 small hand full of goji berries

Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix and add water or milk to desired consistency.

Enjoy and be in health.
