Here's what you'll need:
2 Dry Aged Porter House Steaks
salt and pepper to taste
2 table spoons butter
One hour before your ready to cook, salt and pepper steaks and let sit out to come to room temp.
When steaks are at room temp. heat grill to high heat.
Sear steaks on each side for minutes each. Turn off front burner (where steaks are) and keep back burner on high and let the smoke and heat circulate until internal temp. reaches 145 degrees.
At 145 degrees remove steaks. Add a pat off butter to each and tent with foil. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes.
HubbyHubby has tried EVERY steak at Whole Foods. His all time fav. is the Porter House. Serve with a nice veggie salad and sweet potatoes fries.
